It's been somewhat of a family trade for me. The employee culture that Climate Control provides is unlike any company I've had the opportunity to work for. I truly enjoy my job and come to work every day trying to make a positive impact for our clients.

It gives me a sense of satisfaction when a customer comes to us with a problem and I am able to challenge myself to solve their problem for them.

I found myself getting into HVAC over 20 years ago. After working in Las Vegas for many years John offered me a position at Climate Control. I saw the potential that the St. George area had to offer. And after knowing John for many years, I knew the company he was starting would be the best the area had to offer, and would provide our customers with the experience they deserve.

I started with Climate Control in June 2019, it will always be my first and last love. Having experience in the HVAC distirbution side, I had the opportunity to get to know all the different HVAC dealers from the inside-out. THAT is why I chose Climate Control.

John the owner, is my cousin. I've known him for many years and he's always been a reliable technician who truly enjoys what he does. When he asked me to join his team I knew I would be joining the best possible HVAC team that Southern Utah had to offer.

I love how HVAC is both challenging and rewarding. I come to work every day knowing that I am making a positive impact on our clients. And I strive to meet their expectations in everything that I do.

I feel like this career chose me. I've always enjoyed helping people, and Climate Control offers me the ability to not only help each of our customers, but to also further my career goals within the HVAC industry.

In my 4 years doing HVAC work I have learned valuable skills. I love applying these skills and helping people solve their air conditioning issues. We experience extreme heat here in Southern Utah, and it's always nice when I get to see customers experience relief from that heat.

I have a passion for vehicles. I like that I get to come into Climate Control every day and work on their fleet. The team here is top notch, and ensuring the vehicles stay well maintained is always my priority.

Since I started working in HVAC, I had a desire to see a company that strives for excellence in everything that it does. I wanted to build a company worthy of its 5 star reputation. I realized early on that the success of a company not only lies in its leadership, but also its employees. The technicians I bring on at Climate Control are the best around, they are given continual training in their field to ensure that our customers receive the best service around.
